Treatments and Stay
New Leaf offers a supportive daily schedule that prioritises both structure and flexibility to optimise your time in treatment. Your day typically starts at 9 am with medication and a calming meditation session to set a positive tone.
Group therapy sessions and potentially individual sessions tailored to your needs occur throughout the day. Nutritious meals are served at lunch and dinner, fuelling your body and mind. Personal phone calls are available at 8 pm to connect with loved ones.
Finally, we prioritise a restful night's sleep with medication and lights out around 11 pm. Remember, this is a sample schedule, and our dedicated staff works with you to create a personalised plan incorporating one-on-one sessions, assignment work, and other activities for a successful recovery journey.
Visits from friends and family are available and usually take place at weekends.
The type of medication given will depend on the type of addiction and the current situation and health status of each client. For more information about our treatments and medication, please call us at 0121 251 4431.

Additionally, we offer holistic therapies such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Movement therapy, and more, designed to address the diverse needs of our clients
In addition to our range of therapeutic options, we also provide access to 12-step meetings. The 12-step programme, is a widely recognised and respected approach to addiction rehabilitation.
Whether you prefer a holistic or a more traditional approach to recovery, we ensure that you have the resources and support you need to start on your journey towards lasting sobriety. At New Leaf, we are committed to offering comprehensive and individualised care to help you achieve your recovery goals.
Our program is supervised by doctors with a high level of experience in the field of addiction. They oversee entire process, as well as prescribe the necessary medication. We also offer various treatments and therapies, so you can be confident that while under our care, both your physical and mental health will be well taken care of.
Funding and Payment
New Leaf is a private treatment centre, and therefore no funding is available through the NHS. For more information on our clinic and services, please contact us at 0121 251 4431.
New Leaf understands that the cost of treatment is a concern for many people. While we operate as a private rehab centre, there might be ways to make your recovery journey more financially accessible. Here are some possibilities to explore:
Government Programs: Depending on your location and circumstances, government-funded initiatives might offer assistance with mental health treatment, including rehabilitation services. We recommend researching these programs to see if you qualify.
Health Insurance: If you have health insurance, particularly through WPA, it's worth checking your plan's coverage for rehabilitation services. Contact your insurance provider directly to determine if your specific plan offers financial support for rehab.
